Inspired by Jamie Oliver’s 15 minutes cookbook and viva la toast recipes I changed the recipe for “sweet naughty beginning” to my own “sweet guilty pleasure made healthy beginning”. That title is a mouthful, try saying that while eating this delicious toastie.
note: I use rye Liefde & Passie brood from the Albert Heijn because it’s my all-time favourite affordable bread.
BANANA CHOCOLATE TOASTIE.
2 slices of bread
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 tsp honey
pinch of cinnamon
10gr Lindt Chocolate 85%
Beat the greek yogurt with the honey, smash the chocolate (cut into chunks), and peel and roughly chop the banana. Spread the yogurt on a slice of bread, top with banana, chocolate chunks and second slice of bread. Toast away and enjoy!
